PowerPoint Review Tab क्या है?

Review Tab PowerPoint में Slide Show Tab के बाद आता है। इसका उपयोग Presentation को check, review, edit और collaborate करने के लिए किया जाता है।

Review Tab की मदद से आप Presentation में Spelling Check, Accessibility Check, Comments, Translation और Compare जैसे काम कर सकते हैं।

यह विशेष रूप से तब उपयोगी होता है जब Presentation को किसी दूसरे व्यक्ति के साथ review या share करना हो।

PowerPoint के Review Tab में मुख्य रूप से ये 6 Groups पाए जाते हैं:

Proofing Group का उपयोग Presentation में spelling और शब्दों से संबंधित गलतियों को check करने के लिए किया जाता है।

Spelling

Spelling option Presentation में मौजूद spelling mistakes को खोजने में मदद करता है।

यह Slides, Text Boxes और अन्य text areas में spelling check कर सकता है।

Shortcut Key: F7

Example:
अगर Presentation में Computar लिखा है, तो Spelling Check इसे संभावित spelling mistake के रूप में दिखा सकता है।

Thesaurus

Thesaurus किसी selected word के समान अर्थ वाले दूसरे words यानी Synonyms खोजने में मदद करता है।

Example:
यदि आपने Important word select किया है, तो Thesaurus इसके similar words दिखा सकता है।

Exam Point:
Spelling = Spelling mistakes check
Thesaurus = Synonyms find करना

2. Accessibility Group

Check Accessibility

Check Accessibility Presentation को scan करके ऐसी समस्याओं को identify करता है जो किसी व्यक्ति के लिए Presentation को समझना कठिन बना सकती हैं।

विशेष रूप से Screen Reader का उपयोग करने वाले users के लिए यह महत्वपूर्ण है।

यह निम्न प्रकार की समस्याओं को identify कर सकता है:

• Images में Alt Text missing होना

• Text और Background का poor color contrast

• Objects का unclear Reading Order

• Slide elements की accessibility problems

• ऐसे elements जिन्हें assistive technologies सही तरीके से interpret नहीं कर पातीं

PowerPoint problem मिलने पर उसे ठीक करने के लिए suggestions भी दे सकता है।

Example:
यदि Slide में एक image है लेकिन उसका Alt Text नहीं दिया गया है, तो Accessibility Checker इसे issue के रूप में दिखा सकता है।

3. Speech Group

Read Aloud

Read Aloud selected text को PowerPoint द्वारा आवाज में पढ़ने में मदद करता है।

इसका उपयोग Presentation के text को सुनने और content review करने के लिए किया जा सकता है।

आपने Slide में कोई paragraph लिखा है। उसे select करके Read Aloud का उपयोग करके text सुन सकते हैं।

4. Language Group

Language Group का उपयोग Presentation में language और translation से संबंधित काम करने के लिए किया जाता है।

Translate

Translate selected text को दूसरी language में translate करने में मदद करता है।

English Presentation के selected text को Hindi या किसी दूसरी supported language में translate किया जा सकता है।

यह feature अलग-अलग audiences के लिए Presentation तैयार करने में उपयोगी है।

Language

Language option selected text की Proofing Language निर्धारित करने के लिए उपयोग किया जाता है।

Proofing Language यह तय करती है कि PowerPoint spelling और grammar check के लिए किस language के dictionary/rules का उपयोग करेगा।

यदि text Hindi में है, तो appropriate Hindi proofing language चुनने से spelling checking अधिक सही हो सकती है।

Translate = Language बदलना/Translation करना

5. Comments Group

Comments का उपयोग Presentation पर feedback देने के लिए किया जाता है।

इसका सबसे बड़ा फायदा यह है कि reviewer slide के actual content को बदले बिना अपना suggestion दे सकता है।

New Comment

New Comment किसी Slide या object से संबंधित नया comment add करता है।

Example:
Manager किसी Slide पर comment कर सकता है:

"इस Slide में एक और example add करें।"

यह comment Presentation के actual slide content को directly modify नहीं करता।

Delete

Delete selected comment को remove करने के लिए उपयोग किया जाता है।

Previous / Next

Previous और Next options Presentation के comments के बीच navigate करने में मदद करते हैं।

• Previous → पिछला comment

• Next → अगला comment

Show Comments

Show Comments comments pane को show या hide करने के लिए उपयोग किया जाता है।

इससे सभी comments को एक जगह review करना आसान हो जाता है।

6. Compare Group

Compare PowerPoint का एक important review feature है।

इसका उपयोग Presentation की दो अलग-अलग versions को compare और merge करने के लिए किया जाता है।

Compare

Compare के द्वारा किसी दूसरी Presentation file को current Presentation के साथ compare किया जा सकता है।

यह उन situations में उपयोगी है जहाँ दो लोगों ने Presentation की अलग-अलग copies में changes किए हों।

Example:

• Person A ने Presentation_A.pptx में changes किए।

• Person B ने उसी Presentation की दूसरी copy में changes किए।

• अब दोनों versions को Compare करके differences identify और merge किए जा सकते हैं।

Accept / Reject

Compare के दौरान दिखाई देने वाले changes को:

• Accept → Change को स्वीकार करना

• Reject → Change को अस्वीकार करना

इन options से review किए गए changes को control किया जा सकता है।

End Review

End Review comparison/review process को समाप्त करने के लिए उपयोग किया जाता है।

Review complete होने के बाद accepted changes को final Presentation में रखा जा सकता है और review session समाप्त किया जा सकता है।
